HIF—1α与TLR4在鼻息肉组织中的表达及相互关系(3)

     HIF-1α与TLR4在鼻黏膜息肉病变发生机制上的研究仍尚不明朗。笔者采用Pearson相关性分析发现鼻息肉组织中HIF-1α、TLR4表达呈高度正相关性(r=0.907,P<0.01)。之前有研究证实当抑制鼻息肉组织TLR4表达后,HIF-1α的靶向产物表达受抑制[22]。结合本次研究结果可以推测出HIF-1α与TLR4之间可能存在交叉对话,它们共同促进了鼻息肉的形成与发展,但具体机制尚待进一步研究证明。
